Manifest Mind Hypnosis is a trading name of Coopers Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 13013107). Contact: info@manifestmindhypnosis.com.
What we sell
We sell digital downloads: printable PDF guides and printables packs. All purchases are made through Payhip, our online shop, and payments are handled by Payhip and its payment providers. Prices are in pounds sterling.
Your download
Your download is available straight away after you pay, by email and on screen. When you buy, you’re asking us to give you the digital content immediately. Once the download has started, you agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel, as allowed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Refunds and faulty files
Because our products are digital downloads, we don’t offer refunds just because you’ve changed your mind once a file has been downloaded. If a file is faulty, won’t open or doesn’t match its description, please email us and we’ll fix it or send you a replacement. If we can’t do that within a reasonable time, we’ll give you a full or partial refund. This doesn’t affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Using our products
Your purchase is for your own personal use. You can print as many copies as you like for yourself. Please don’t share, resell, copy or upload our files, or use them for groups, clients or commercial purposes, without our written permission. All content is © Coopers Ventures Ltd.
Free sessions
Our free hypnosis sessions on YouTube and other platforms are for personal listening only and are subject to those platforms’ own terms.
Health and safety
Our sessions and guides are for adults (18+) and are for relaxation and personal development only. They aren’t medical, psychological or financial advice or treatment, and no particular result is promised. Never listen to hypnosis while driving or doing anything that needs your attention. If you have epilepsy or a mental health condition, please check with your doctor first. If you feel any discomfort or distress while listening, stop straight away.
Our responsibility
We take care to make sure our products are accurate and work properly. We aren’t responsible for decisions you make or results you get from using them. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you buy applies to your purchase.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
